If you're not satisfied with your subscription to the Amazon Seller Toolkit, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked.
Email us at [email protected] with the email address you signed up with. We'll process your request within 5 business days.
Payments are managed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, through Paddle.
This guarantee applies only to the first charge of a new subscription. Subsequent monthly renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges — cancellation applies at the end of the period already paid for, with no penalty.
